Starting examples and how the two scenes relate
Start with the Walk-In example, an existing shed or a blank room. The two scenes belong to one project: interior dimensions are your measured clear space; yard Plan rectangles retain their published outside dimensions. Changing one does not resize the other.

How to use the result
A layout you can check in the real space.
- Measure first. Use finished wall faces, actual equipment footprints and the door opening you can use. The Walk-In template starts with a 34 in rough opening; replace it with your measured usable opening.
- Reserve the route. Draw the space needed to carry supplies and remove bedding. In the yard, choose an arrival route and required working width to check a continuous chain to the recorded entry zones. Red outlines flag overlaps and objects outside the boundary. Enter the door hinge, opening direction and measured leaf width to check its 90-degree sweep. Confirm overhead obstructions, handles and reach on site.
- Keep the matched documents. The Walk-In has a fixed DIY baseline. Its structure stays fixed when you move it in the yard. The other five Plans provide reference Design Sheets. Custom fittings and outdoor rectangles are your layout scope.
- Take your work with you. Save to this browser, download JSON to reopen elsewhere, and export the current drawing, object CSV or printable HTML work plan. Project notes and unfinished checks travel with the work plan.
What informs this planner?
The planner checks footprints, measured door sweeps, maintenance areas and straight equipment-removal paths. The isometric view uses recorded heights; unmeasured objects remain flat. The yard check compares recorded roof outlines with entered setbacks, opposing connection openings, door sweeps and full loaded turning circles. It connects clear rectangles only when their shared opening admits your specified width; it does not find detours through unmarked ground. Housing guidance informs the questions about daily access, moisture and care. A zero-conflict layout does not calculate animal capacity, terrain, structural connections or local requirements.
